Ferndale Youth Sports is for all skill levels and there will not be tryouts for these teams.  The mission of FYS is to allow for as many athletes in Ferndale to play, this means we may have multiple teams of the same grade level.  As long as we have athletes, coaches, and facilities we will make a team work.  We encourage our 7th and 8th grade athletes to play for the respective middle school programs. 

 Practices will be 2x a week.  Teams will be formed with players in the same schools and practice locations as close to that school as possible- depending on availability and coaches. 

 Games will be played through the North Whatcom County Recreational Basketball League and can include traveling to Mt. Baker, Nooksack, Meridian, Blaine or Lynden.
